Living Full or Frantically

Day 30 ~ Beyond Layers Having just stopped working a full time job, I'm learning to slow down...I'm being forced to learn to slow down and it's actually a bit uncomfortable. Anyway, I've been reading The Right to Write by Julia Cameron and this quote from the book has stayed with me: "The myth that we must have "time"--more time--in order to create is a myth that keeps us from using the time we do have. If we are forever yearning for "more," we are forever discounting what is offered." I only mention this because at my age, which isn't all that old (61), I feel like I'm running out of time so I run helter skelter here and there and I'm not even productive. I need to live my life more fully and accept {live} the time that is offered
