Be Your Own Beloved ~ Day 4

I do believe that by walking outdoors one's head is cleared and problems become easier to deal with. I don't know if it's because the fresh air has opened our minds to different possibilities, but I do know a long walk is soothing to the soul.


  1. How very, very true! For me, it's the getting outside and quieting my mind, taking in the world outside myself, that is so beneficial.
